I'm moooving on to Princeton and having my first garage sale. Come see what I'm finally ok with letting go of. It's hard - but I'm doing it. And ready to make deals in the process.

I told my mckinney friends I'd post it on the boards when I knew I was having my garage sale.
Well - I'm having it this weekend.
I probably won't have any big furniture things - but I've not had a garage sale since being an adult and my kids are now 12 and 7.
I've got baby things, kid things, toys, shoes, several clothing items mostly young boys to mens, and tall womens'. Lots of hair products and animal items. (dogs and cats didn't use or didn't work for us. Lots of it brand new.) (several size 12 shoes in women)
Dishes - got a good amount of dishes I'm downsizing. Might even have more as I move things around in the garage for the sale.
So come on over and check it out. If you get to come by both days - I'd give it a shot. Like I said - I'm probably going to find more stuff by Saturday, and will extend it through Sunday.
4404 Santa Cruz Lane - McKinney – 75070 Friday 8-3 (I hope I’m set up by 8am), Sat 8-3, Sunday – if needed. (I’ll post it if I’m open on Sunday.)
It will be in the Alley - and there is quite a bit of mud between the houses....so I'd park on the end of Seville and Santa Cruz and walk down the Alley so you don't get stuck dragging a bunch of mud into your cars. My terrific neighbors are letting me put directional signs in their yards….so as soon as I can get my hiney in gear to get those out there – and get set up in the morning the rest of the way – I’ll have those out.
Some more stuff I came across in the garage.
A twin size Sealy mattress. (a spare from a bunk bed set I don’t use as of the last six months.)
A window unit A/C. In working order. (hubby didn’t get the right size BTU the first time.) Bought from Sears – good kind too.
Tons of toys. Playdough toys. Nerf toys. Action figures. (batman, superman, spiderman.) Hey – I’ve got two boys. But one liked dora the explorer – so I probably have some girl stuff too. But he had every playdough thing they made at the time (between me and grandma)
Xmas lights – of the warner brothers’ characters’ variety. A whole storage box of em.
Collectors bells.
Brand new SPANX that I bought and forgot to return after trying on – so there’s a deal in the making.
So – that’s just off the top of my head stuff. I’ve got another box of toys, and clothes to go through and price.
Hope that helps with the “so whatcha selling” question I keep getting from friends.
